STEP 2 – SERVICE AGREEMENT + ENGAGEMENT FEE

• Prepare your service agreement based on the PCS
• Start the research, evaluate, shortlist and present in-depth tailored Property options from the market based on your PCS. This includes detailed information capital growth, employment, demographics, schools, infrastructure, government spending, retail, travel times to CBD and major hubs.
• Land options – We assist in running the block by our builders even before you purchase the land - to see if the block is right for you
• Build options – from the reputable trusted builders we use.
• Custom design, layout, inclusions, upgrades etc…
• Tailored cash-flow report for each property

STEP 3 – PURCHASE AND ONGOING SUPPORT

• Guidance to help you secure your chosen property.
• Support you during your purchase by liaising with your Brokers, Solicitors, Developers so that you have a smooth purchase.
• Work with you to overcome any hurdles that may arise.
• Connect you to our connections if you need help with any other service providers.
• Regular updates on your property during construction period.

STEP 4 – HANDOVER & DEFECTS

• Prior to settlement, we will help coordinate and connect you to the relevant services you will need, these include Landlords Insurance, Depreciation report and Building Inspection.
• We will help liaise with the builder/developer regarding any minor defects to have these reflected before handover.
• At settlement we will help liaise with broker, solicitor and developer/builder to ensure a smooth handover.
• After settlement our team is still here to support you with any ongoing questions you might encounter in your new home.
