My story of home and family”- something which I am blessed with and cherish with smile! I am the founder of AZHOMES – a complete guide which is built on my personal experience, my learning and my entire journey!

Migrated from India in 2016, settling into Sydney Life - Completed COR - Certificate of Registration with multiple other qualifications parallelly at TAFE. Stepped up with my first job in Australia as ‘Property Manager’’. Since then, property became my only passion – working from Real-estate to builders, and journey of purchasing my first property in 2017 to establish my own property portfolio – soon I realized, I was ripped off by these so-called big builders; this wasn’t a buyer’s game at all. The real estate agents/sales consultants are basically selling agent who works for the seller. And I personally didn’t like the idea of my client /buyer overpaying for the property. So, I fired my own boss and straightaway joined someone likeminded in 2019 who also loved to work for buyers. Soon we introduced completely new strategies and methods for buyers (which was being used worldwide and gradually getting introduced in Australia as BUYER’S AGENT) By 2021, I was promoted to go contractor instead of employee… Yay! Now being qualified as LREA - Licensed Real Estate Agent; I established my own company – AZHOMES with the goal to assist all types of property buyers (YOU) with a smooth process journeying step by step from A to Z. Throughout the entire process, you will have only one core contact person – right from the first phone call till you get your new home KEYS. I will act on your behalf to research, locate, evaluate, shortlist and finally negotiate the property price for you. I will share everything with you transparently on table – so that you take an information based decision no matter how long it takes!

While I have tailored so many investment strategies and properties, my passion is achieving homes that are a best fit for YOU. I do this full time. I therefore invest my time to get to know you on a personal level. What influences your choices, what you and your family want to achieve over the next five or more years.

Meanwhile I am also partnering on another networking platform with my husband, while raising two lovely kids who have turned out to be amazing teen & adult!

All I can say, with in a short period of 6 years, I have been blessed to achieve this recognition not only in the property industry but also with in the diversified communities. Proving the steady success rate!
